Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and educational institutions regarding payment inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
• Data Management:
  
  • Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and customer interactions.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with other team members to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges or opportunities.
• Process Improvement:

Qualifications:
